Holistic Massage Therapy
Holistic massage is an individual treatment that is specifically tailored to you the client. As a holistic practitioner I treat my clients as a whole, taking into account their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as their physical body.
I embody a wide range of massage techniques. These can range from subtle energy work to deep tissue methods; from dynamic mobilisations, stretches and relaxation elements.

Flexibility in applying these techniques is determined by my client's particular needs. Every treatment is both collaborative and unique.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is for everyone, not just athletes. It shouldn’t hurt, though it might feel more intense and cause some soreness the next day. This is normal and similar to soreness after a workout or long walk. Sports massage improves circulation, increases tissue elasticity and reduces muscle tension. It also helps relieve tight muscles, which can restrict flexibility, increase pain and lead to future injuries. For athletes, the type of sports massage depends on their training schedule. Pre-event massages use lighter techniques to optimise performance, while post-event massages aid recovery and return muscles to their pre-event state.
